General information

The use of my pages is possible in a limited form without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address, date of birth or e-mail addresses) is collected on my pages or forms, this is always done on a voluntary basis.

I would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. I have taken technical and operational precautions to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. I only process the personal data that I voluntarily receive from you when you visit my website or through other information you provide.

Analysis tools & tools from third-party providers

It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, Facebook links, maps from Google Maps or graphics from other websites and tools for analysis are integrated into my online offering. This generally assumes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") are aware of the IP address of the user. However, I have no influence over whether the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Insofar as I am aware of this, I will inform you about it.

Ich übermittle deine personenbezogenen Daten ohne deine Zustimmung jedoch nur in Länder innerhalb der EU oder in solche, für welche die EU-Kommission entschieden hat, dass sie über ein angemessenes Datenschutzniveau verfügen oder ich setze, soweit möglich, Maßnahmen, um zu gewährleisten, dass ein angemessenes Datenschutzniveau vorliegt. Im Fall deiner ausdrücklichen Einwilligung zur Datenübertragung in Drittstaaten, basiert die Datenverarbeitung zudem auf Art 49 Abs 1 lit a DSGVO. Ist die Datenübertragung zur Erfüllung eines Vertrags notwendig, werden deine Daten aufgrund von Art Art 6 Abs 1 lit b verarbeitet.

If you send me inquiries via email or other means, your details including the contact details and attachments provided by you will be processed by me for the purpose of processing the inquiry and stored by me for 3 months for the purpose of follow-up questions, and then deleted unless a contractual relationship arises from it or you request deletion or revoke your consent to storage beforehand. I do not pass on this data without your consent.

Newsletter, Video, Google Services

Newsletter Data

With your voluntary, separately obtained registration for the newsletter, you consent to the processing of your personal data provided by me for marketing purposes regarding my goods and services and agree to be contacted by email for this purpose. Your relevant data will be stored by me until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can revoke your consent at any time at the contact address provided above. Revoking your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.

Google Fonts

My pages use the Google Fonts function. The provider is Google Inc., 600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The purpose is to provide the font styles required by the web browser to display the website. This data is only processed for the duration required to select and transmit the font styles. The individual font styles are stored on the servers of my technical provider.

The legal basis for data processing is, on the one hand, the legitimate interest (technical necessity for the provision and delivery of my "website") in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

To the extent that Google Fonts may independently process the data, Google is solely responsible for this.

The data collected by this service may be transmitted to a third country (USA). Your express consent also forms the legal basis for this data transfer in accordance with Art. 49 Para. 1 lit a in conjunction with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a GDPR. Prior to your consent, I have informed you that the USA currently does not have a level of data protection equivalent to EU standards. For this reason, the European Court of Justice declared the "Privacy Shield" (adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR) invalid.
